2024 Student Programme

AusBiotech has launched the Student Volunteer Programme for AusBiotech 2024, Australia’s premier gathering for the life science community. Biotechnology continues to advance, offering significant potential for improving human life.

The programme supports university students in the life sciences sector by providing them opportunities to participate, learn, exchange ideas, and engage during the conference week. Student volunteers will have the opportunity to connect with industry leaders and assist in various capacities such as networking functions, live sessions, registration, help desk, sponsor and speaker support, and more. It aims to recognise, encourage, and enhance the skills of students nationwide, including those from regional and remote areas.

Successful applicants will receive

Complimentary student registration to attend AusBiotech 2024, with time allocated to explore the conference as a delegate

An AusBiotech student membership for the 2025 year

Opportunities to network and engage with key industry executives and researchers
